Happy Earth Day

11/5/2021

April 22 is Earth Day, a day where humans everywhere take a minute to be grateful for this planet and the amazing natural resources we've benefited from. Every year on April 22, men, women, and children collect garbage, plant trees, clean up coral reefs, show educational movies, sign petitions, and plan for a better future for our planet. However you choose to honor it, Earth Day is a great way to jumpstart a lifetime of taking better care of our planet. Here are just a few simple things you can do to help:

  • Reduce, reuse, and recycle. Cut down on what you throw away.
  • Plant a tree with your children.
  • Bike more, drive less.
  • Conserve water.
  • Educate - When you further your own education, you can help others understand the importance and value of our natural resource.
  • Volunteer - Volunteer for cleanups in your community.
