Importance of Physical Activity for Children


Keeping in shape offers health benefits that will help your children throughout their life. Physical activity keeps the body strong and healthy and can improve mental health by decreasing symptoms of depression, anxiety, pain and loneliness. Physical activity can also improve focus, school performance, sleep and energy levels. At L'Academy we enjoy physical activity very much. On rainy days when we have to stay inside we love doing yoga or have a dance party, when it's sunny we enjoy going to the neighborhood park. The benefits of active play for kids are :
